The Quality Management Of Hot In-place Recycling Technology In Chongqing Highways

With the development of highway construction, the national highway mileage increasing year by year. In recent years, frequently exchanges during the various regions, and the highway is the connection link between the two regions, so highway transportation would have increasing pressure to bear, resulting in the road disease occur earlier which brings great distress to the managers. At the same time, the state published a number of environmental protection policies on resource conservation,promote resource requirements for the rational use of the road, under the protection of the environment and the green construction, the traditional method of road maintenance is no longer suitable for modern road maintenance, through the relevant researches found that Hot In-place Recycling Technology method is an efficient,environmentally, low-cost method.This paper discusses the quality management of HIR used in Chongqing highway.The study includes: ① According to the characteristics of Chongqing highway,and the scope of In-place Recycling Technology to decide which road can be applied the method; ②Collecting history of conservation information in Chongqing Highway,evaluate the effectiveness of different ways to propose the benefits of In-place Recycling Technology; ③In order to make this technology to achieve good results in Chongqing, this paper will Summarize the key quality control procedure; ④ with the experimental section in Chongqing, research the practical application of results,quality management, quality assessment method, and applied to practical to Verify the validity of the method; ⑤Using SPSS software to analyze the various indicators of quality control.Through this paper prove that the HIR can be adapted to Chongqing, and summarizes the effective management methods on the Technology.
