With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the advantage of asphalt pavement’s good pavement performance is more prominent in today’s traffic area. And it is widely applied in newly-built roads or reconstruction roads. While due to the increase of traffic volume, especially the increase of heavy vehicle, the pavement performance of asphalt pavement declines gradually with a lot of diseases and different degrees of damage. Asphalt pavement regeneration technique is a new way to rebuilt the old asphalt mixture pavement whose pavement performance can not meet the practical requirement. And it contains a lot of things, for example firstly heating, crushing and digging the old asphalt pavement, and then mixing with new asphalt mixture and regenerant to make a mixture which can meet the requirements of pavement performance, finally paving the new asphalt mixture pavement. On the practice basis of the construction of hot in-place recycling section of repair the project of the highway of Changzhang, this paper will conduct the research on hot in-place recycling technology of ordinary asphalt pavement,which will lay a good foundation for its application and promotion, and alsoprovide a valuable reference for the research on sets of recycling technology of asphalt pavement.This article will use the indoor test and on-site test, combining engineering scale-up test combined with theoretical analysis, t he quality control in the construction of the technical route. Through the test and analysis of different dosage of recycling agent effect on the properties of recycled asphalt mixture, in order to find the suitable dosage of recycling agent of this project; performance according to the requirements of recycled asphalt mixture road,through the recycling asphalt mixture ratio design and road performance test, regeneration scheme finally determine the economic and reasonable. According to the laboratory test and field testing data, analysis the influence factors of hot in place recycling technology, and put forward the suitable construction technology and quality control standard of maintenance project of Chang Zhang expressway asphalt pavement.Temperature is a key factor affecting the construction quality of hot in place recycling technology, combined with the geographical environment of Changde, put forward the technical index of this area construction process temperature control. In addition, the other factors that affect the construction quality are analyzed, such as regeneration agent spraying mixture, mixing, transportation, paving, rolling, joint treatment. Finally, through the establishment of grey relational analysis to evaluate the comprehensive performance of road model, to evaluate the performance of recycled asphalt pavements.
