Most of the central business district is located in the city core area of focus, it has a perfect facilities, but at the same time, the central business district is also a city traffic the most congested place, for the existing central business district, need to improve the traffic organization, reasonable for plans to build new city business district, is more in need.Theory research firstly on the bearing capacity of the traffic, the characteristics and influence factors of this concept, traffic capacity, traffic capacity of the main calculation methods were analyzed, and on this basis, to model the traffic capacity of the central business district traffic through the characteristic analysis of the central business district and business; the traffic in the following chapters bearing force model based on traffic, the central business district of a city bearing capacity of early warning and space early warning models are applicable to existing or proposed, in traffic warning to the central business district of a city. But the thesis involves more parameters and some values by the model by empirical value, most of the cases in the article are in zhuhai, for example, have some limitations.
