Permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures (rut) is one of the most important and distructive damaging type of the highway asphalt pavement. Not only affect the life service of track and the quality of road surface, but also have the great harm to the motor cars. Rut depth of the continuous accumulation over time will eventually result in serious damage to the pavement structure. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a prediction method of asphalt pavement permanent deformation,in line with China’s national conditions andour existing level of test conditions. In this paper, it focuses on the asphalt pavement permanent deformation of conventional asphalt surface layer. Adopt different gradation asphalt mixture by laboratory triaxial repeated load creep test combined to the subject of asphalt pavement design and road structure on the fatigue limit in Yunnan.By controlling the test temperature of asphalt mixture, partial stress and other related factors, acquire the pavement permanent deformation of each layer and the relationship between the number of loads. The main results are as follows:(1) Amended by Burgers model is derived, asphalt mixture mechanical model of viscoelastic expression obtained by the triaxial repeated load creep test.(2) Fitting the experimental data of permanent deformation and the load by Matlab software obtain the asphalt mixture mechanical model of viscoelastic rheological parameters.(3) Establish of different temperatures, "the number of cycles-deviatoric stress-the amount of permanent deformation," three-dimensional surface. through laboratory tests under the four temperature permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures dimensional data interpolation and fitting,(4) Analyzes of existing differences the stress imposed on the order of the different permanent deformation by the overlay under principle of equal strian, and proposes a rational order of the stress to impose.
