Pavement roughness is the main reason for dynamic load of vehicle. Due to the existence of roughness, Vehicles driving on the ground more or less will produce the vibration of the direction perpendicular to the ground, this vibration dynamic stress is different greatly from the static load generation. In this paper, the dynamic loads were analyzed by using theoretical analysis and model simulation starting from road roughness. The change law of dynamic load between the wheels and the pavement with different loads and different speeds and different road surfaces were studied comparatively, at the same time, the influencing factors of dynamic load were analyzed in detail in order to ensure that the paper was more convincing in its range and that can made it systemic and effectiveness. The main work was as follows:① Based on the M.W.Sayers theory and the measured results of pavement roughness for Qi-Wan highway, the sine wave pavement model is founded, The effective pavement wavelengths and amplitudes of dynamic loads were analyzed, at mean time, the quantitative relationship between roughness index and the road state parameter (wavelength and amplitude) was worked out by using MATLAB.② The multiple-degree of freedom model of heavy truck for a heavy trebling-pivot vehicle was built with the ADAMS dynamics simulation software. And the processes of establishing for suspension template, steering template, tire template and so on were expounded detailedly. Dynamic loads between the wheels and the pavement with different loads and different speeds and different road surfaces were received by simulating.③ Based on the simulation data, this paper get a conclusion:In vehicles moving speed range, in general, when pavement wavelength was a certain value, the longer the wavelength, the smaller the incentive from road to vehicles, accordingly, the dynamic load was smaller. When pavement wavelength was a certain value, the bigger the amplitudes, the bigger the incentive from road to vehicles, accordingly, the dynamic load was bigger; Speed has larger effect on wheel response. With same pavement incentive, different speeds caused different dynamic loads, it had relation to the coupling effect between wavelength and speed; Under the same conditions, the dynamic loads of fully crewed vehicles was larger than no-load vehicles.
