Vehicle testing is an indispensable link in the design and development of automobile products.In order to facilitate the testing of automobiles,various types of automobile testing grounds have been built in major automobile companies.Due to the disadvantages of low safety,high cost and long period of actual vehicle testing,and the development of virtual prototype technology is becoming more and more mature,the virtualization of automobile testing ground has become a popular research direction.Aiming at the existing pavement model only studying the pavement elevation without considering the road shape factor,this paper proposes the establishment of a complex pavement construction method with curvature and slope,and the establishment of a heavy vehicle model,which is finally achieved through heavy vehicle simulation The application of the built pavement model was introduced.First,build a three-dimensional model of the road at the proving ground.In this paper,the principle of harmonic superposition is used to establish a three-dimensional virtual model of pavement,and the construction methods of pavement curve,longitudinal slope and lateral inclination are studied,and the curved surface of curved road is established.The generated road surface unevenness is superimposed on the road surface to complete the three-dimensional road reconstruction with road information.Then,analyze the ADAMS road surface file,convert the established road surface mathematical model into a road surface file that ADAMS can recognize,and build a visual operation interface of road surface reconstruction based on MATLAB / GUI platform.Secondly,using template modeling in ADAMS / Car,according to the vehicle parameters given by the merchant,the heavy vehicle power system,steering system,tractor front suspension,drive axle,rear axle,tires,body and other models were established.Assemble each system model,complete the establishment of the vehicle dynamic model,and prepare for the subsequent dynamic simulation.Combined with the vehicle model established in this paper,the established road surface files are imported into ADAMS to simulate the vehicle ride comfort,and the effects of road roughness and vehicle speed on vehicle ride comfort are analyzed.It is found that increasing the road level and reducing the speed of the car are beneficial to the improvement of the ride comfort of the car.Finally,the vehicle dynamics simulation is carried out on the curved road,and the influence of the curved road on the vehicle dynamic response is studied.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is found that the bending radius and slope of the curved road have a great influence on the dynamic load of the vehicle. |
