Due to environmental factors can not be controlled, long test cycle, poor reproducibility of the test results, loss of the entire sample of exposure experiments of natural environment result in a higher risk of test failure. At the same time, the space of existing bridge structure accelerated testing equipment is small, most only can be used to accelerate the component scales test, and it is difficult to couple with the loading device. Therefore it is necessary for conduct in-depth study on the accelerated test methods and equipment system of the bridge structure under coupling environment and loading, and carry out the study for equipment systems under coupling environment and loading. For the analysis of the bridge data, quickly identify the reason for bridge failed, rapidly evaluate of bridge reliability, build long-term performance and guarantee systems in our country, build durability evaluation methods, improve the quality and life of highway facilities, reduce construction and maintenance cost in life cycle, and to ensure the operation safety and raise transportation efficiency which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.This article relies on the Construction Technology Project of Ministry of Transport "(Grant No.2015318814190)The key technology research on durability of the girder bridge after bonded reinforcement under coupling load and hydrothermal environment", the National Natural Science Foundation of China "(Grant No.51478071)Research on the corrosion fatigue damage mechanism and life prediction model of the stayed cable under coupling cyclic load and eroding environment" and the Application Foundation Research Project of Ministry of transport "(Grant No.2013319814180)Research on the corrosion fatigue damage mechanism and performance evaluation of the stayed cable under alternating loading", the main research contents and results are as follows:①By researching domestic and foreign research data related to salt spray corrosion test chamber, analyzes its main structure and main technical parameters, the salt spray test chambers, hydraulic jacks and reaction test rig integration coupling effect of salt spray environment/load is developed acceleration test device. Collecting and summarizing relevant cable salt spray corrosion test methods from domestic and foreign. On this basis,propose a accelerated test method for the alternating loads cable corrosion.②Design a set of test equipment which coupling dump-hot and static loading by referring to domestic and foreign interrelated dump-hot test box data, and combing with laboratory high-low temperature dump-hot test box. Collect and summarize test methods in domestic and foreign which about freeze-thaw cycling test, dry-wet cycling test and dump-hot test. Based on this,put forward above three kinds accelerated test methods which under coupling environment and static loading.③Survey date of electrochemical corrosion test in domestic and foreign. Based on this, integrate electrochemical corrosion tube, hydraulic jacks and anti stress test-bed, developed the electrochemical corrosion under coupling environment and loading accelerated equipment. Collect and summarize the test methods of the cable electrochemical corrosion, based on this, advance a kind of accelerated test method for cable corrosion under alternating load.④Investigated the relevant data of existing environmental test equipment and loading equipment, on this basis, designed the environment simulation test system of bridge structure large-scale variable space. Integrated of the large-scale variable space of bridge structure environment simulation test system,large-tonnage multifunctional servo dynamic/static loading test system and counter force frame. Designed a set of multifunctional environmental and loading coupling test system. Combined with this system, put forward a accelerated test method of bridge structure under single environment with static loading,single environment with fatigue loading, and multifactor environment with fatigue loading.
