This thesis is based on the construction process of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge, which is non-navigation steel-concrete composited continuous box girder bridge with each span of 85 meters in shallow water area.This article, with a view to the construction control technology of steel-concrete composited continuous box girder bridge,analyses geometric alignment control and installation control of the procedure on converting simply supported beam to continuous beam, which is simulated by finite element model and field monitoring data.Details follow:①It discusses the control methods,principals and essentials in geometric alignment of steel-concrete continuous box girder bridge,emphasing on the impacts in different welding processing of manufacturing linear control with steel girder。②With the combination of finite element model and practical monitoring data,it studies the bending-twisting coupled effect existing in steel-concrete box girder bridge of a asymmetric composite section. Meanwhile, the influence of the bending-twisting on longitudinal linear control of steel-concrete box girder bridge and setting cross slope on bridge deck is specifically written out.③By analysing the refined finite element model, it imitates the effects of deflection and stress in key members when there is temporary load on simply-supported states. It also make sense of the final bridge line with temporary load on.④The full-span hoisting erection in offshore area, construction technology of changing simply-support into continuous for steel-concrete composited box girder bridge is introduced in this thesis. In the same chapter, the key factors and control methods of docking and cutting large segment in steel-concrete composited box girder are in details. The installation of lead rubber bearing or high damping rubber bearing,pre-biased self-adaptive control method in the similar bridge is studied. It discuss the strong and weak points in field cutting technique and the possibility of implementation in factory production cutting. This paper researches specifically on key technology of construction control as erecting the full-span and changing simply supported beam to continuous beam. The whole thesis could provide references for construction control in under-planned congeneric bridge.
