The graduation design topic is Tangshan Caofeidian casual street environmentdesign, with the improvement of living standard, people’s consumption activities hasbeen from the material consumption to the spirit of overconsumption, casualconsumption age has come. At the same time, with the rapid development of coastaltourism, commercial also becomes more and more attention. Based on the seasidecasual street environment design as the research object, in Caofeidian consumermarket for the target group, mainly through the following three parts were studied.The first part is market research report. Through the case study, it is concludedthat successful casual street have regional culture connotation and consumer groupsthe collective identity of this conclusion; Through to the Caofeidian in high-endconsumer market research, understand the consumer groups of social demand andpsychological demand, it is concluded that the mall of the location and the location ofconsumer identity of Caofeidian sea culture characterized by imagery. Therefore,Caofeidian casual street environment should have Marine culture connotation.The third part is the design practice report. Leisure demand and psychologicaldemand, according to consumer groups, in Tangshan Caofeidian casual streetenvironment(space form, the guide system, color and material, landscape sketch)layers and design is discussed in this paper. Key research reference of Caofeidianisland characteristic at the same time, within the framework of space into the Marineculture on environment design elements, and by setting the gazebo, teahouse, roofgarden, square, such as recreational space, the sea into the street environment, satisfyconsumers get visual and mental relaxation.In this paper, based on the seaside casual street environment design, through thebuilding and the introduction of the Marine culture of leisure environment, makeconsumer social needs and psychological needs are met, hope this research canprovide reference for the similar projects.
