| Rubber concrete is a new type of materials that is widely used in practical engineering,not only effectively improves the durability of the concrete, also solved the problem of waste tyre recycling. A large number of engineering practice shows that the lack of frost resistance and permeability resistance is often the main factors that leads to concrete durability damage,especially in contact with water and the environment is cold, so to improve the frost resistance and impermeability of concrete performance is the key way to solve the problem of concrete durability.This experiment used C20 ordinary concrete as the benchmark, through orthogonal test method, using three factors(water cement ratio, dosage of rubber particles, rubber particle size) three plane orthogonal test table to design experiment to determine the frost resistance and permeability resistance of rubber concrete under different proportion. Analyzing the water cement ratio 〠diosage of rubber particles and rubber particle size’ effect on the transformation rule of permeability resistance and frost resistance of concrete, the relationship between various factors was also studied.Permeability test results showed that mixing the rubber particles into concrete can improve the permeability resistance, a certain test conditions,among water cement ratio,diosage of rubber particles and rubber particle size, the rubber particle size had the greatest influence on the permeability resistance of concrete,when the concrete particl size was in the range of 1.18 ~2.36 mm,the permeability resistance of rubber concrete was better than ordinary concrete and the rubber concrete mixed other rubber particle sizes,to increase or decrease the concrete particle sizes,the permeability resistance both reduced.The peak of water cement ratio that maximized the permeability resistance of concrete is 0.5, afte more than 0.5,the permeability resistance reduced.The beneficial diosage of rubber particles for water permeability resistance of rubber concrete is near 30%, if increase the dosage, the permeability resistance has a tendency to improve, this is beneficial for mass processing of waste rubber.Frost resistance experiment results showed that the disoge of rubber particle concrete had an obvious impact on the mass loss rate, with the increasing of dosage of rubber particles,the mass loss rate changed following the trend of the first decreased and then increased.Through comparative analysis, the optimum dosage of colloidal particles in about 15% ~ 30%,and this is of great significance to improve the frost resistance of concrete surface. |
