Study On The Properties Of Pervious Concrete With Rubber Particles

Pervious concrete with good permeability performance receives much concern as the country has intensified advocated sponge city, green city. Pervious concrete, which is known as a green environmental friendly road pavement material, characterized by light weight, porosity and good permeability. Its application can reduce the water on the surface of the road and connect the water on the surface of the road with the earth surface to achieve the effect of underground replenishment. At the same time, the earth surface can connect with the air through the pervious concrete, regulate the city’s humidity and temperature, ease the urban heat island effect. Therefore, the study of pervious concrete has extremely important practical significance. In this experiment, we smash the disposed rubber tire and mix the powder with the pervious concret,we can get the crumb rubber concrete, then we will study the influence of rubber particles on the performance of pervious concrete.In this paper, through the experimental investigation, 10 mesh, 30 mesh and 80 mesh three kinds of rubber particle size and in accordance with the 5%, 10% and 15% of the proportion replaced by an equal volume of combined aggregate for the main parameters, design the optimum mixture ratio and study the strength, permeability performance,anti-frost property and abrasion resistance of the rubber aggregate porous concrete. Main results are as follows:(1)With different aggregate mixture ratio, do research on the mechanical property and practical value of the normal pervious concrete and choose the optimal mix proportion as the skeleton proportion of the crumb rubber concrete.(2)With 10 mesh, 30 mesh and 80 mesh three kinds of rubber particle size and in accordance with the 5%, 10% and 15% of the proportion mixed with the general pervious concrete, do research on the strength, permeability performance and displacement performance of the pervious concrete mixed with different kinds and amount of the rubber crumbs.(3)When the crumb rubber concrete is under saturated and wet state,do the freez-thaw cycle test, and study the flying abrasion test of concrete test block before or after the freezing and thawing cycle, study the freeze-thaw strength loss rate and flying quality loss rate of the pervious concrete mixed with rubber crumbs under this two circumstances.
