The tamping machine is large mechanized equipment which conserve ballasted railway, been used for ballast tamping. Tamping device as an important work device for tamping ballast, because of its extremely poor working conditions, the components are prone to failure or even damage, the working reliability of tamping device directly affects the smooth development of railway maintenance work. Currently the maintenance of tamping device mainly including correction maintenance and scheduled maintenance, this will waste the larger human and financial resources, a maintenance strategy based on reliability analysis of equipment is needed, to clear the maintenance mode, measures, order and cycle of tamping device. Therefore, this paper research the maintenance strategy of tamping device based on the reliability analysis. The contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The 08-32 type tamping machine as an example, describes the structure and main technical parameters of the tamping device, Analysis of the tamping mechanism and vibration and gripping motion characteristics of tamping device, to prepare for the research of tamping device reliability and maintenance.(2)Analyze the reliability of tamping device, establish the tamping device fault tree by using the method of fault tree analysis (FTA), and put forward measures to improve the reliability of tamping device through qualitative analysis; Establish the reliability life model of weibull distribution of tamping device components according to the failure statistics.(3)Analyze the maintenance mode of different fault period, the determining step and decision model of maintenance mode are given, through quantitative analyzing the tamping device fault tree, calculate the importance degree, thereby determine the maintenance mode of sub components of tamping device.(4) By analyzing the system reliability model, establish the reliability life model of tamping device, determine the overall maintenance cycle of tamping device according to the reliability of the failure time of 0.632; Combination reliability life model of tamping device components, obtain the maintenance cycle of the sub components; Finally sum up the maintenance strategy of tamping device comprehensive maintenance measures, maintenance mode and maintenance cycle. |
