Three-dimensional finite difference software, FLAC3D is applied to simulate the excavation process, Analyze the mechanical characteristics of circular working lining structure. Try to given a distribution coefficient between circular working shaft structure and lining structure by comparison between the calculated and actual measured results based on the engineering geological conditions of Nan Tanhai shield tunnel. Based on the study of characteristics of circular working lining structure and combine the theory design of shell tunnel, Research the stress characteristics the shell of lining structure on different design of shell lining. Put forward the shell lining optimize feasible scheme on the lining of circular working shaft structure. Try to resolve the problem of low level of mechanization and long construction period. Given the conclusion by the research on this paper:1)Research the stress an displacement characteristics of lining working shaft and working shaft structure by numerical analysis model.2) research the stress and displacement change regularity of diaphragm wall and the lining of working shaft by the construction time change of lining on this paper, discover the stress and displacement influence on working shaft is profound than he lining of working shaft by the construction time change of lining.3) Distribution coefficient between circular working shaft structure and lining structure on the bottom of circular working shaft aim at the construction methodon the working shaft of Nan Tanhai shield tunnel should be from 0.21 to 0.28.4) Get thickness is 400 mm, width 2 m, each lining circular is divided into 8 pieces and the staggered assembling design by research the stress an displacement characteristics consideration form the field of thickness and width and the numbers of shell and assembling pattern of lining shell.
