| With the rapid development of our economy and the deepening of the urbanization process,our country’s city scale is expanding constantly and the auto possessive quantityis growing rapidly.It brought a lot ofproblems for the city, such as traffic congestion,environment pollution and so on. It cannot ease traffic congestioneffectively that continue to use the original planning methods which favorable for vehicle travel. To solve the traffic problem,governments at all levelshave raised the policy to develop public transport. And a number of cities proposed the development of rail transport in order to solve traffic problems. At the same time, the large-scale construction of urban in China makes a tendency that is Chinese Cities sprawling. TOD not only can promote the development of public transport, alleviate traffic congestion problem, also can effectively curb the disorder spread of the city.Research on TOD started fairly late in china. Research mostly focused on the macro level, for the micro level of TOD community research is less.Paper through the analysis of the general pattern of TOD theory and TOD community, explains the scope, structure of TOD community.Then analyzed theinteractive relationship between land use land and rail transit, and proposed the rail transit site of TOD community land use intensity should be suitable with rail transit. It proposed a method to determinethe optimal land use intensity.The method should calculate the passenger flowfor rail transit station and calculate the passenger carrying capacity calculation of the rail transit station.Then, it analysis the passenger flow characteristics for the rail transit station.It put forward that rail transit station passenger flow forecast should be divided into full-time prediction and peak hour passenger flow forecast. Andthe passenger flow forecast forrail transit station can be divided into three steps:firstly, accord the land use to forecast traffic tripof TOD community. Secondly, according to the generalized travel cost by using logit model to calculate the share rate. Finally, according to the proportion of the direct passenger and the total passengerof rail transit station, forecast the passenger flow of station.It analysed the process of passengers in and out of the station. According to the process in and out of the station, we calculate the carrying capacity of the various factors on the in and out of the station passenger flow.Finally, it proposed a method to calculate the passenger carrying capacity for the station.It constructs a multi-objective programmingmodel for land use intensity. The constraint conditions is the passenger carrying capacity of the rail transit station. |
