With the rapid development of economy in China, people’s living standards have been markedly improving, consumption capability have been gradually increasing. There is a significant increase in demand for transport market from people. Passengers continually look forward to pursue the requirements of travel safety, timeliness, comfort. Therefore, our high-speed Railway passenger flow trend will be steady upward. In recent years, as our high-speed railway network putting into operation, the transport distances of high-speed trains’increasing and the highly concentrated and growing high-speed railway passenger flow in the economically dynamic region made high-speed rail train diagram is almost saturate. Due to the characteristics of closely tracking bursts of high-speed train path, resulting transport organization of high-speed trains which have an overlong transport distance in facing some problems, such as train running interference, reducing of EMU service efficiency, increasing times of repairing or increasing fee under repairing and interference between repair time and running time, etc. Therefore, it would be significant in making reasonable transport distance of high-speed trains in order to improve the carrying capacity utilization of strained capability sector and perfecting cooperative optimization of high-speed train diagram.In this paper, on the basis of domestic and international relevant researches, the main achievements as follows:First, the paper introduced the composition of high-speed railway network in detail, summarized the transport organization mode of high-speed rail and its operating characteristics, summed up and analyzed influence factors of operating reasonable transport distance of high-speed trains. Secondly, the paper from internal transportation organization perspective, selected train running interference as the object factor of study with the key question is interplay among train paths. According to the cumulative effect of high-speed train running interference analyzed interference mechanism with the Poisson distribution, combining the mechanism of buffer time established a calculation model of high-speed train set is aftereffect delay time. Then contrastively analyzed with existing lines arriving at the relationship between transport distance and train diagram structure, and establish a computational model of subsequent train number, which affected by the conflicted train. Finally, through the high-speed train scheduled diagram and conflicted trains’feedback adjustment mechanism, proposed a methods process of reasonably formulating high-speed train’s transport distance to calculate train conflicts, the range of a reasonable collision domain and the distribution of the range of train diagram collision domain based on a given train diagram. By the numerical example, the designed model algorithms and methods process by the article are effective.the result of the paper could meet the requirements both for passenger transport market and high-speed inner organization as much as possible, and will provide some advices for ou r country’s future high-speed development.
