These days, with rising attention on high-speed railway, The World have accelerated the building pace for network of high-speed railway. It become an inevitable trend for high-speed railway to go to the network operation, and the world is about to enter "High-speed Railway Era."Both the impact factors which will definitely increase after high-speed railway begin the network operation and the increasingly fierce market competition in transport market make high-speed railway continuously improve the transport technologies and services, reduce operating costs in order to keep its competitiveness at all times. As an important part of railway traffic organization, train plan must make correspondingly feedback and optimizing adjustment based on the fact, especially the feedback and optimizing adjustment with transport resources. It is conducive to adjust train plan in time, improve the efficiency of transport equipments, improve the transport service and reduce operating costs. But there is no related study about the feedback and optimizing adjustment between train plan and transport resources, because of which they always have conflict with each other and cannot achieve the overall optimization. So it becomes an urgent task to make study on the feedback and optimizing adjustment between train plan and transport resources.Based on this situation, the paper makes the study about the feedback and optimizing adjustment between train plan and transport resources. Through the matching analysis of train plan on high-speed railway and transport resources, the paper gets the key matching elements and the method for matching analysis, then it designs the methods and processes of the feedback and optimizing adjustment between train plan and transport resources, then build the optimize model and design the great neighborhood search algorithm for the model based on the passenger flow forecast. Finally, the paper designs the case based on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway to validate the practicality and effectiveness of the methods and model.
