The current volume of high value-added goods continue to rise, these small cargo volume, high-value, time-sensitive, so the goods to the duration of an impact on the owner to select the mode of transport is a key factor, and even has become the first factor. Therefore, how to improve rail freight transport the goods to become a key term of protection rates to maintain market share and improve its competitiveness.In this paper, it is in this context to analysis from the perspective of railway freight traffic organization guarantee the freight transit period problem.
