Research On Railway Operation Plan Based On Freight Transit Period

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,the structure of the market economy has gradually improved,and the market of freight transportation in China has changed greatly.The traditional bulk cargo share is gradually saturated in the railway transportation market,nevertheless,high value-added goods which is small volume,high value,strong timeliness shows a rapid upward trend in the railway transportation market.However,under the existing transportation organization mode,the railway transport reaction mechanism is slow and can't adapt to the change of the demand of the existing transportation market.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust the mode of transportation organization and compress the freight transit time,so as to improve the competitiveness of railway transportation in the freight transportation market.Under this background,this paper studied the railway freight train operation plan based on the time limit.This paper started with the present situation of the freight transportation organization,analyzed the transportation market situation and discussed the development trend of transportation market;according to the change of the demand of freight transportation,the existing transportation organization mode is analyzed.On the basis of the existing transportation organization model,this paper studied the adjustment strategy of the transportation organization mode based on the time limit.This paper designed the whole process of transportation based on the time limit transportation organization model,and discussed the planning of the transportation organization based on the time limit.This paper discussed the theory of freight train operation plan based on the time limit,proposed the establishment principle of operation schemes,analyzed of the factors affecting the operation plan,and summarized the method of determining the operation section,train types,content,train marshalling frequency calculation and the stop scheme.A multi objective optimization model for railway freight train operation was established based on the time limit in order to reduce the aggregation and adaptation of consumption and improve the railway economic benefit,and it built a railway network model to verify the solution.In a word,this paper made a research on the transportation organization model based on the time limit and the model of the operation plan,in order to provide reference for the future development of China's railway freight transportation.
