With the wide application of high technology in various fields, along with the dynamic intelligence and information systems development has become a trend. Servo system in order to ensure stable and efficient operation of their fault detection and maintenance is essential. On the basis of the traditional fault detection equipment on the developed servo system fault detection devices have practical significance and good market prospects.This paper presents a capable independent servo system fault detection devices. The device has a good interactive interface and complete data analysis and processing capabilities, completed the servo system fault detection tasks. The detection device is based on PC 104 bus embedded servo system fault detection system. Features specific to the detected signals were selected digital and analog capture card capture card to complete the data acquisition system. In order to prevent the destruction of the testing equipment to follow the system of digital signals using optical isolation, the analog signal using capacitive coupling isolation design. Application software uses a modular design principle, the realization of a fiduciary instrument detection module, azimuth and elevation machine module machine modules, and data processing.Currently, the detection system has completed the overall design, hardware design and software design of the system was tested. The results show that the system can quickly and accurately detect the servo system of points of failure to meet the design requirements.
