With the development of the free optical communication, the requirements for the performance of optical communication have been improved continuously. The system servo of fine tracking plays a key role in space laser communication. In this paper, the design of the system servo of fine tracking based on PC104 was finished. First of all, the character of fine tracking was analysed in this paper, and then the system servo of fine tracking was optimize. The most important of the paper was the design of the embedded system servo based on PC104. The system consisted of CCD imaging unit, image processes unit, PC104 servo unit and FSM servo unit. The function of PC104 servo unit were the process of facula undershoot, the achievement of control compensation arithmetic, the serial communication with image processes unit and the control of FSM servo unit. At last, it has been proved that the ability of real time processes of the system and the miniaturization were feasible.
