With consumption and exhaustion of traditional resource, wind energy as a kind of renewable resource which is inexhaustible, is increasingly emphasized by more and more people. China is rich in wind energy and field of wind power develops rapidly. However, most national enterprises purchase exotic technology, large scale of production starts soon after products are offline without emphasizing research on fault diagnostics, so many serious accidents are provoked.This paper proposes three advantages of Lab View including G (graph) Language; professional signal processing model and opened platform, designs signal sampling system with the help of signal acquisition card and sensor on the basis of research on shaft fault diagnostics in large wind turbine transmission system and distinguishes unbalancing and misalignment from normal operation. It alarms if there is fault signal.Results reveal that the identification capacity of this system is robust. The thesis proposed by this paper provides a method for design of portable shaft fault diagnostic.It is convenient for LabView to process and sample signal as well as design and optimize interface.
