Research On The Safety Risk Control Of Weapon Research Project Shooting Test

Ordnance, industry is national strategic industry, with the advance of new military reform, a number of establishment of the background, demonstration and type projects which concern new concept weapons development, has been accelerated. A large number of new technology, new materials, new process and new equipment have been applied in the new weapons research, development cycle is greatly shortened, the specifications continued to challenge the limit. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of weapon system, the shooting test intensity of weapon research project is more and more higher, leading to incessant augmentation of security risk.The content of this thesis is the research on the firing test safety risk control of ordnance research project, based on the analysis of the existing management mechanism, combined with years of safety management experience, to carry out safety risk assessment, technology control, management control research. To combine the system management, technical factors and related chain of responsibility, the firing test security scheme, safety evaluation and test explosion accident emergency response are created in the domain of test safety risk technology control. In the study of safety risk management of the firing test, the test process safety management and ammunition storage,transportation, destruction safety management method were proposed. Through establishing the system, be clear on management control procedures, refine safety technique preventive measures, to establish shooting test safety standardization management methods of scientific research project, form several effective solutions and management measures, achieve shooting test safety management risk control of the ordnance research projects. This has important guiding significance for the test process, safety management of test post and performance evaluation.
