Cloud Simulation Technology Research Based On The Tactical Communication System

With the increasing complexity of the simulation system, the reliability requirements is also growing, in order to ensure the reliability of the simulation system, a cloud simulation platform is built through the research of virtualization and high availability. We built the cloud computing platform and deployed the originally distributed simulation systems on the cloud platform. In the course of the simulation is running, we did a few experiments to verify the reliability of cloud simulation platform. The results show that the simulation system can operate highly efficient and stable,the cloud simulation platform based on cloud and virtualized is reliable and can be guaranteed.The cloud simulation platform based on VMware is built through the complete virtualization of servers, storage and network. This paper adopted the mechanism of VMware VMotion to realize the virtual migration of simulation system. In the running of simulation system, in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as broken network, power failure, etc, virtual machine could be transferred from one ESXi server to another without affecting the business. In the course of the entire migration, the migrated virtual machine can still ensure that the normal operation of the simulation system is also still continuing, and avoid the paralysis of the entire simulation system because of the sudden appearance, which would also allow maintenance of the ESXi hosts in the premise that does not affect the simulation.For the demand of this simulation systems, we improved the function of simulation console,to make the simulation console can meet the needs of management,and ensure the simlation system is visiable and can be controled.In current private cloud, the vCenter Server just can provide the management of the cloud computing platform, it can’t fully meet the needs of the cloud simulation platform.To solve the problem,we develop their own cloud simulation platform management side from the requirements of the simulation system,to make users can manage and use the cloud simulation platform from the perspective of the simulation.
