Industrial communication networks are digitalized,two-way communication and multi-service-point information communication network systems,which applied to industrial production.With the development of industrial Internet and information technology,industrial communication networks have evolved from traditional sensor network and fieldbus to wide-area industrial control network.The new industrial communication networks have higher requirements for the performance of the real-time,reliability,coverage and security isolation.Network virtualization technology provides technical support for meeting the performance requirements mentioned above.The power grid is a typical industrial network,which requires new technology and new structure to enhance the level of intelligence and networking.The thesis has carried out the research on the virtualization scheme and key technology in industrial communication networks,and implemented the practical in the power grid.The main contents are as follows:(1)The structure of the industrial communication networks and the communication requirements of services are analyzed.The services networks are mainly divided into three categories: operation management,information collection,and production control.All three types of services networks use different communication networks virtualization solutions.For the operation management service,the scheme of virtual operator is adopted to implement tariff management for group users of communication transmission networks.The information collection service adopts virtual APN remote channel and local SDN technology to solve resource reuse and security isolation of communication networks.The production control service uses the virtual network layer to decouple the service network and the communication transmission network to achieve dynamic matching between service and communication transmission.This thesis focuses on the virtualized solutions and key technologies of communication networks under the scenario of production control.(2)The industrial communication networks virtualization solution is designed for the production control scenario,which construct a virtual network between the service network and communication network.The virtual network is mainly composed of two types of network element entities: a proxy server and a terminal adapter,which have functions of data gateway,channel control,time synchronization and terminal management.The data gateway adopts double-port mapping technology to solve the service connection interruption caused by the switching between different channels.The channel control adopts dual-end autonomous switching technology,active interception and cross layer monitoring technology to realize real time and reliable switching control of industrial network.The time synchronization uses virtual queue orchestration technology to solve the temporal and logical synchronization of the transmission of service packets in the heterogeneous network structure.Terminal management manages service terminals in real time.(3)The design work has been carried out in the power grid.This thesis adopts the industrial communication networks virtualization technology to achieve the continuous of the distribution automation service network in the process of heterogeneous network switching.The virtualization scheme achieves the decoupling between the service network and the communication transmission network,and improve the real-time,reliable,and control ability of service.
