| With the rapid development of computer technology and space network technology,and the continuous enhancement of China’s economic strength,the demand for real-time,efficient and convenient data exchange in the mobile process is increasingly strong,and the necessity is also more obvious.In the military field,modern war is often fought by information war,speed war,response war,for the troops,their speed of receiving information,digestion ability,analytical ability and other increasingly become one of the criteria to judge the quality of modernization.In the civil field,due to the uncertainty of emergencies,its response methods are relatively deficient.With the wide application of vehicle-mounted mobile communication and rescue products in the field of emergency communication and rescue,it effectively solves the problem of providing reliable and safe communication transmission means in response to emergencies.Vehicle-mounted in-motion communication system can effectively isolate communication interruption caused by changes in the state and geographical position of communication carrier during movement,and has the characteristics of wide coverage area,free from terrain and regional restrictions,stable and reliable transmission line,etc.This paper first introduces the related concepts of vehicle-mounted mobile satellite communication system,analyzes several main satellite mobile communication system,including the Inmarsat satellite mobile communication system,the Asian cellular(Aces)satellite mobile communication systems,Thuraya satellite mobile communication system as well as Globalstar system,and on the current China’s on-the-move system the necessity of the application of emergency communication did simple description and analysis,and emergency communication carrier of on-the-move system design scheme design are put forward.Secondly,the characteristics of satellite mobile channel and the tracking technology of phased array antenna of vehicle-mounted mobile satellite communication system are analyzed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the design and implementation of vehicle-mounted mobile satellite communication system.In this paper,from the perspective of emergency communication and business needs,the method is to modify the vehicle,making the ordinary vehicle into a mobile satellite communication vehicle-mounted station,that is,in our professional sense,the mobile zhongtong vehicle-mounted station.For on-the-move system onboard the realization of the station,is the need to go through thorough,concrete,the design of the system,so the article embarks from the users needs(emergency guarantee),in order to meet the high mobility of voice,image as the main target to carry out the design to explore,in the process of test,triaxial swing sets are adopted to simulate the vehicle disturbance to simulate the vehicle movement interference,test the stability of the on-the-move system tracking performance.In the test,the satellite was taken as the target satellite to receive satellite TV signals in real time under disturbance conditions,and the system’s stable tracking performance was measured by the two standards of antenna pointing error and real-time satellite TV signal receiving quality.At the same time,the rationality and validity of the design algorithm is proved by the combination of experimental test. |
