The structure of single span frame construction of primary and secondary schools lack of redundancy, energy dissipation ability is weak, in recent several earthquake happened serious damage or even collapse phenomenon.《Code for seismic design of buildings》 (GB50011-2010) stipulated Seismic design of primary and secondary school buildings that should not adopt the single span frame structure.So the existing single span frame construction of primary and secondary schools should be taken seismic reinforcement measures. According to the China seismological bureau [2009] no.49 notice about determine the school personnel populated places such as principle of seismic fortification intensity of construction projects as well as the importance of primary and secondary school buildings, thus will promote a intensity level, to study the seismic performance of the single span framework.First of all, This paper introduces the frame structure of primary and secondary schools common structure form, Summarizes the earthquake damage situation of the single span frame construction of primary and secondary schools in the past earthquake, and introduced commonly reinforcement method of Concrete structure.Secondly, Using Midas-gen simulation of a single span frame construction of primary and secondary schools, analyzing the building for the seismic performance. Again, using five kinds of solutions to reinforcement of single span frame construction of primary and secondary schools, compare the response spectrum analysis, pushover analysis and Dynamic nonlinear time history analysis results, the seismic performance of base isolation and add Buckling-Restrained braced best. Based on seismic performance of selected reinforcement scheme, it is recommended that the selection of base isolation or add Buckling-Restrained braced.Finally, estimating the strengthening the construction period and cost of five kinds of reinforcement schemes, Based on seismic performance, strengthening the duration and cost to do comprehensive analysis, Receive primary and secondary school single-span frame construction reinforcement methods Optimization of recommendations:Technical and economic limited remote mountainous areas, It suggested the use of the addition of steel support or the addition of Frame Column; In economically developed urban areas, It suggested the use of the addition of buckling restrained brace or base isolation。...
