The way of electromagnetic vibration is to put the cycle of current into the electromagnet coil, which will generate electromagnetic force between electromagnet and armature. The suction type electromagnet vibration is applied to more and more fields. With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the rolling vibration table is building and needed in each big institute and company in the railway industry. Simulating the vibration of the vehicle operation condition is the base of the test bed experiment research and performance test before delivery vehicles. So trying to make the test bed simulation close to the vehicle’s actual running environment is very important. Compared with the hydraulic control mode, electromagnetic vibration mode needs low cost, simple structure, and has more intelligent and flexible control modes, besides that its job site there is no oil pollution.First of all, the research analyzed the electromagnetic vibration principle, the use of electromagnetic vibrator and discuss the feasibility of the rolling vibration test rig. On this basis, the research analyzed the vibration characteristics of two degrees of freedom vibration system and the influence of the vibration system when the exciting force changes, as the theoretical foundation for design of electromagnetic vibrator.Secondly, according to the necessary vibration system parameters for design of the electromagnet structures, the research discussed and analyzed two kinds of electromagnet structures. Choose the small size electromagnet to provide the electromagnetic force considering of the changing range and scalability of control system and the control strategy making full use of limited space structure. Then, selected the supporting spring, an important part of excitation system, stiffness coefficient and type. Based on above, designed the electromagnetic vibrator’s mechanical structures and calculated the maximum stress and stress changes in displacement, in order to ensure the stability of the mechanical structure.One more, the thesis analyzed the overall scheme of electromagnetic vibration system, including the switch control of air gap and the study of normal electromagnetic vibration conditions. Then, established the electromagnetic force control model and excitation system control strategy to determine the relevant control parameters. At the same time the control characteristics of electromagnetic force control system is analyzed, including the system stability, controllable and observability. Finally, the electromagnetic Vibration system is simulated.
