Therefore the slope has been the focus of attention and research hot focus. At present, China is in the peak of water conservancy construction, cascade reservoirs become the main form of basin development and have 800~2000m head, with a total capacity of over one hundred billion cubic meters of water, so the system of cascade reservoirs security is very important. Slope close to the dam is affecting the safety of hydraulic structures, thus even one of the important factors of the entire reservoir System security. In Cascade Reservoirs, it is important outlet structures import and export of slope instability hazard not just for a single cascade itself, these hazards may be inside the entire cascade system conduction, overlay and amplification, causing great human catastrophe.
