The article, from the perspective of the urban landscape, discusses inclusiveness of parking in the modern cities’ streetscape. Aiming at studying the parking problem in urban streetscape, it makes a comparison between some of European streets and some areas in Fuzhou, as well as organization and analysis. The problem about how to improve the landscape of environment in modern urban streets is discussed. The relationship between the changes in the functions of Fuzhou streetscape and social and economical development is analyzed. The transformation of the scale of streetscape due to traffic demand is discussed, and the impact of which on environment, cars and people.
