In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s electric power system, China’s power industry technology into the stage of rapid development, as some rise UHV pressure technology, long-distance transport a wide range of energy, power grids and unit capacity expansion, AC and DC hybrid technology, the popularity of smart grid technologies, electric power systems have become more complex, safe and reliable operation of the grid to highlight the growing problem, then the electric power system reliability to ensure power grid management will naturally become an important subject safe and reliable operation. To achieve the sustainable development of the power grid and strategic objectives, to ensure network equipment health, improve enterprise management level electricity, supply reliability needed to manage such scientific management methods to manage and measure the development trend of the entire grid, and its derived electricity system reliability of the indicators is as a reflection of the health and electricity grid equipment enterprise management level. as well as society’s growing demand for electricity based on indicators, and in network planning, product design and installation, equipment repair and maintenance and other aspects guiding role can not be ignored. Then describes distribution network reliability evaluation index system, power distribution grid reliability index lists how the statistics, calculation, analysis and evaluation, and through the calculation of the index system in recent years, regional distribution network reliability MINHOU the indicators, the use of the statistical analysis of the results, the actual introduction of the guiding role of power distribution system.
