Taizhou technology development zone is located in the important city of Yangtze River Delta,Taizhou City,Jiangsu province.It is composed of research and development zones,production zones,exhibition trade areas,health care areas,education and teaching areas,comprehensive supporting areas and other functional areas.The distribution network planning in this area is mainly analyzed in this paper.This paper evaluates the status quo analysis of distribution network,then study the fine load forecasting for distribution network planning ideas and solutions are studied in detail,finally studied the automatic configuration based on self-healing.The main contents are as follows:1)The survey of traditional Chinese medicine city in Taizhou and the general situation of social development are introduced,and the functional characteristics of the planning area are analyzed.2)The status of regional high voltage distribution network,medium voltage distribution network and low voltage distribution network is studied.The equipment and circuit operation are evaluated in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.3)Fine spatial load forecasting has been studied.Prediction ideas and methods are put forward,and the power supply area is divided and the index is confirmed.Finally,the load forecasting results are analyzed.This paper forecasts the long-term and long-term load of Taizhou planning area,which provides a basis for the follow-up planning of power grid.4)Distribution network planning ideas and programs were studied.According to the present assessment results,the planning areas are planned in the near future and long term from far and near.The planning scheme of high voltage power grid and medium voltage distribution network is studied.Finally,users' new energy access is initially planned.It provides the basis for the distribution network construction of Taizhou Chinese medicine city.5)Distribution automation allocation is studied.The present situation of electric communication is introduced,mainly referring to the status quo of the local communication network and the current situation of network management.Secondly,the application status of distribution management related systems is introduced.Then,the goal of automatic configuration construction is analyzed and studied.Finally,the automatic configuration construction scheme is analyzed and studied.
