With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and transportation industry, especially because of the impact of construction quality of natural environment, and the actual use of various factors, constructed concrete structure may appear design standard on the low side, carrying capacity is insufficient, the problem of concrete surface cracks, the concrete structure with a few can meet the need of outside must demolition and reconstruction the vast majority of bearing capacity, through strengthening can increase or improve the structure, so as to achieve the structure safety and satisfy the requirement of use. So the exploration of more effective, more reasonable, more economical method of reinforcement and reinforcement material has high social and economic benefits. This paper mainly to the railway bridge sesame Hill Bridge was a transportation excavator Trailer impact damage after renovation as a background, the study selected impaired regulation scheme of bridge, the analysis and calculation at the same time, through the detection of bridges are damaged bridges before and after the operation performance evaluation and damage to the girder body stress performance, using the real data as the basis, a comprehensive understanding of carbon cloth in strengthening concrete structure effect.Firstly, damage to the bridge is introduced, and the operation performance of the damaged bridges of detection, according to the detection data shows that the vehicle bridge damage caused by impact, the need for immediate rectification opinions of damaged beam body.
