With the continuous development and construction of the TuMen River economic and the channel, it will continue to improve the cannel of TuMen River, so the renovated technique of the channel will be very important. This paper adopt the technical route, which combine the Data collection, site investigation and the Two-dimensional flow and sediment. Meanwhile, predict the sediment siltation based on Two-dimensional flow and sediment, and propose feasible treatment measures for the construction of TuMen River downriver navigational channel.Building Two-dimensional mathematical model of water flow and sediment for the TuMen River navigational channel, (Using 2D mathematical model of sediment on top of Earth plate; When it’s located between the Earth plate and river estuaries, it will use 2D mathematical model of water.) According to the waterway dimension of the TuMen River, determine the calculation and analysis of the river flow and riverbed designs, calculate the amount of upstream of the river sediment, optimize the mobile design of the riverbed, and predict the amount of sediment deposition of under the dredged channel on behalf of the hydrological year.. Provide scientific data for the use of international cooperation in the TuMen River. And provide technical support for the utilization of the TuMen River negotiations and the subsequent development of international waterway matters.Based on numerical calculation results and consider this river is the boundary river that there are limitations of North Korea, Russia. Channel regulation is difficult to be carried out by a large-scale regulating structure. So, the paper propose the dredging as the primary method and in combination with other necessary measure to govern the channel. Finally, provide scientific proposal for the construction of the TuMen River navigational channel.
