With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the medical industry has grown fast, which improves people health conditions. At the same time the rural health work develops steadily, the one in the village is pushed constantly as well. It is pleased to discover that the health services in the community become better and the prevention of disease control effect is remarkable. Moreover, the capabilities of medical emergency management and monitoring management have been greatly improved. However, one serious and tough problem stands out ---- how to recycle the medical wastes resulting from the medical institutions. Among the whole recycle process, the importance of transport should not be underestimated. This research is based on the urban medical waste dynamic path planning, and related research processes and results are as follows:Firstly, this paper discusses the background and the meaning of dynamic path planning on the medical waste and analyzes the content of the urban medical waste and its recycle process. Based on volumes of domestic and foreign researches, this paper locks the problem to the choices of transport paths under the framework of the prediction of traffic flow forecasting. After discussing the current situations of path choices in the medical waste recycle process, the necessity is emphasized.Secondly, according to the seven analyzing points in path optimization, this paper defines the dynamic path-planning problem. After the conceptual model of transport dynamic path on urban medical wastes is proposed, aiming at clarifying the direction of the research problem on a macro perspective, the ration of road congestion is defined to reach to the final mathematical model.Thirdly, this research designs the BP neural network algorithm in order to predict the traffic flow of medical wastes transport routes. Regarding with the three shortcomings, two improved BP models are discussed. The ant colony algorithm is brought up to determine the shortest routes by setting the Road Congestion Ratio to transfer the speed to the distance. The last but not the least, this research takes Shahekou District in Dalian as an example to verify the feasibility of the model and compare the results on both situations considering the road congestion and the ones not with the Matlab programming. |
