In accordance with the unified deployment of the State Grid Corporation's Development Department,with the latest adjustment of the power demand level,the UHV construction adjustment plan and the external power plan as the boundary conditions,the preparation of the “13th Five-Year” main grid planning report of Jiangxi Province was carried out.Based on the diagnosis and analysis conclusions of the “2014 Jiangxi Power Grid Development Diagnostic Analysis Report”,this paper proposes the “Thirteen Five-Year” period 500-220 kV grid based on the previous rounds of the “12th Five-Year” main network rolling plan.The development ideas and principles,combined with ant colony algorithm research to determine the target grid of 500 kV and above in 2030,and prospects for the 2030 target grid.Finally,based on the 2014 version of the grid planning project library,the 500 kV grid construction project from 2016 to 2020 was sorted out,and the investment demand for 500-220 kV grid construction during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period was proposed.
