With the rapid economic development in China, the energy consumption of public buildings has accounted for a large proportion of energy consumption. If we develop and promote the advanced building energy-saving technology vigorously, the energy of public and residential buildings in China can be saved 50%. Modern architecture, which combines with the intelligent technique, brings technology innovation development and optimization of comprehensive benefits of best performance. Therefore, we need to focus on promoting ecological balance and protecting the environment from the strategic perspective of sustainable development.There is no doubt that energy consumption of public buildings plays an important role in further study of building a standardized and universal platform.Based on the intelligent building information integration and application platform project, the energy consumption of public buildings has been carried out.There are some content as follows:(1)Design of the energy consumption of public buildings for upper and lower machine communication program;(2)Design of hardware and transmission of the collector module(3)Design of montoring software for data center on energy consumption monitoring system(4)Error analysis and optimization design of energy consumption monitoring systemOn the basis of guidelines for State issued building technology, the author aims to put forward the optimization analysis of energy consumption monitoring system for public buildings by setting up a platform of collecting and transmitting information from water meters, electricity meters, gas meters in a lab, including data collection,data transfer, data storage, data display, analysis of energy consumption. Based on the MYSQL database, the author sets up an energy consumption monitoring platform of running for energy-saving data in a university, meanwhile summarizes the common faults and errors, energy consumption data in details so that the analysis of energyconsumption can provide basic data for energy conservation and emission reduction.The innovations of the system are to meet on the basis of the existing means of communication and increase WIFI data transmission mode, which make the energy monitoring more perfect. Therefore, it can improve the energy efficiency of public buildings and enhance networked energy saving control for large-scale public buildings to achieve integrated management of energy consumption online. It is an integrated energy management system of building energy consumption, monitoring and management by monitoring and diagnosing the users’ energy efficiency,consumption, and energy, economic and environmental effects. Above of all, it is proved that this system can meet the building energy consumption of public buildings in different development stages of monitoring requirements. Furthermore, it has a high level of generalization and application value on promoting the development of China’s friendly society and building energy-efficient buildings.
