Combined with concrete and steel can be very good to play their own advantages and the construction is convenient for construction.These two kinds of materials can satisfy the requirements of fire resistance and durability in reinforced concrete structure building. Therefore the reinforced concrete structure has become the most versatile form of building structure in the world.In the field of engineering reliability, the research of reinforced concrete structure has been very popular, also made many achievements. The existing data for the analysis of strong column and weak beam reliability is only limited to the original specification, the new standards are adjusted to some data. In the previous reliability studies did not consider the influence of P- d effect in eccentric compression column, the reliability analysis of column in large compression column and small compression column is simple. In this paper, using the theories of reliability analysis method, calculate and analysis of the "strong column and weak beam" reliability in reinforced concrete structure. Calculate and analysis the reliability of eccentric compression column which in reinforced concrete structure in various influence.This paper according to end column bending moment amplification factor in current specification, using the reliability method analysis and calculate of the reliability index of strong column and weak beam in frame structure, frame shear wall structure and transfer structure. Comparative analysis the reliability index, proved that end column bending moment amplification factor is larger, the reliability is higher, the structure or component is more reliable. The reliability of the bottom column is greater than the other columns, in the same layer, the reliability of angle column is higher than the others.In this paper, by using practical examples analysis the reliability effect by the P- d effect and load effect ratio and eccentricity in the eccentric compression column. With the help of MATLAB software and JC method, calculate the reliability index of the component. Comparative analysis of the column’reliability index in considering and without considering the effect of P- d effect, Prove that P- d effect of eccentric compression column reliability have enlarged the reliability index in some situation; when the calculated of bending moment balue increased, the reliability increases too, when the value of bending moment does not change, the reliability did not change too. By calculating of the reliability in different load effect ratio, proved that the load effect ratio is larger, the reliability index is smaller, the components is less reliable. Comparisive the curves of reliability index in eccentric compression members with different load effect ratio, proved that the load effect ratio has obviously effect the reliability of large eccentric compression column. Calculated of the reliability in different eccentricity, proved that the reliability index of component decreases with the increase of eccentricity. Compression member with small eccentricity is generally large eccentric compression member.
