Reciprocating compressor is the essential power equipment of gas compression and transport, which working done on the gas, enhance the gas pressure and reduce the volume of gas. The reciprocating compressor plays a pivotal roal in industrial production, especially in petroleum and chemical industry. Affected by the actual working conditions, reciprocating compressor extremely easy to cause the abrasion after long continuous operation. Affected by the abrasion fault, the motion and production efficiency of reciprocating compressor will reduce and damage of transmission mechanism, the working life may be reduced in serious condition. In the traditional compressor repair detection, analysis and diagnosis of commonly used vibration signal detection of the fault, but the internal structure of reciprocating compressor, the fault signal of excitation source is numerous, and the body can only collect the external signal detection equipment for analysis, can not accurately determine the internal fault form and position. Therefore, the fault analysis and simulation prediction of reciprocating compressor has become the main part of the study.At present, with the development of the multi body, dynamics analysis and computer simulation software provide a new effective method for simulation analysis of mechanical system. In order to accurately analyze the influence of bearing clearance of reciprocating compressor, the bearing clearance is analyzed. The effect of simulated bearing clearance on the dynamic characteristics of reciprocating compressor. The main work is as follows:First and foremost, According to the analysis of the fault state of reciprocating compressor, introduces the main development situation of multi-body stage, determine the research methods and theory of motion bearing clearance. Due to the effect of clearance, shaft and sleeve will collide in the process of movement, change the original state of motion. This paper contains the bearing gap motion description, many aspects of the law of motion, clearance of the mechanical model, contact force model and the friction model are analyzed.Secondly, Combining the bearing clearance model and reciprocating compressor drive mechanism model, through the classical kinetic theory analysis, established with clearance of the reciprocating compressor drive mechanism model, and discuss the influence of bearing clearance on the dynamic performance of the reciprocating compressor. Then, in order to effect in the process of movement of reciprocating compressor itself for small deformation, joint simulation of rigid flexible coupling using flexible model.Thirdly, Combined with measured signal, establish the 3D model of 2D12 reciprocating compressor. Analysis the software and finite element software to simulate the model by using the multi-body dynamic. Through the vibration signal model for bearing clearance simulation and the accuracy of measured signal compared to verify the simulation. Then analysis the bearing gap under different test conditions on the signal. The results show that: the reciprocating compressor crank speed, the size of the clearance and the gap position on the effects of different measuring points directly affect the vibration signal.
