As an important production equipment of chemical energy, tower equipment often machining some explosive or toxic or burning medium and its working environment is often under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. It will take incalculable economic losses to us when the tower equipment confronted with wind and earthquake. It may also cause secondary disasters, such as fire, explosion and so on. What’s worse, it may cause the third disasters which can make our cities paralysis.Based on a coke tower actual project as the background and used finite element software ANSYS for perfecting the mechanical behavior of the tower equipment, the dynamic simulation analysis of the tower equipment and the guyed steel tower is carried. This paper follows the specific work:1. Based on the finite element software ANSYS, we make the 3D finite element model of steel tower equipment. Carrying out the modal analysis, then we got the vibration mode and natural vibration period.2. To compared with the result of finite element analysis, we calculate the natural vibration period of the tower based on the Steel Tower Vessel Code(JB4710/2005) to testify the correctness of the established model.3. Carrying out the dynamic analysis under wind loads of tower equipment and guyed steel tower. Then we got the distribution of stress, bending moment and the displacement of key positions.4. Carrying out the elastic-plastic time history analysis of tower equipment and guyed steel tower. Then we got the time displacement curve, the distribution of stress and the displacement of key positions to research the mechanical behavior of the system under rare earthquake.5. Given the design recommendation under wind and seismic, which is convenient to be used in engineering practice and provided a reference for practical engineering design. At the same time to provide the reference on the norm of the guyed steel tower. |
