The so-called waste tire means tires replaced or discarded and scrap tires generated in the plant.It often called "black pollution".Scrap tires are not refractory elastic polymer material, a strong heat,resistance to biological, mechanical resistance, and is hard to degrade。This method is mainly through a production process of waste tire powder was added to the asphalt which form a kind of tire rubber powder as a modifier of the modified asphalt binder, which is then applied to road works.According to the application of foreign experience, since the incorporation of powder ordinary asphalt content is the larger (usually more than 15%), so this method is not only able to effectively utilize the resources of discarded tires, and greatly reduce the environmental pollution, but also save construction materials and reduce the project cost.Based on the theoretical interface and solubility theory and used advanced testing instruments, rubber modified asphalt mechanism is in-depth analysis. Optimizing experimental study determine the indoor field production preparation process to guide.Based on the existing asphalt mixture design method comparison analysis, it is determined the rotational shear GTM optimal design method as crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture, and optimize molding conditions identified.SAC grading design method using as a theoretical tool to road performance is the criterion by a large number of experimental studies have identified waste tire rubber modified asphalt-based GTM rotation molding forms a reasonable level with its optimized mode range and the optimization of the design mixes road performance and fatigue properties were studied systematically.Indoor research results through physical works, according to the characteristics of crumb rubber modified asphalt and construction machinery existing staffing levels, proposed site construction quality control program to provide theoretical support for its waste tire rubber modified asphalt mixture applied and technical support.As a new pavement material, the use of scrap tire rubber asphalt as raw material, can reduce the black pollution, reduce road noise and improve road performance, long life, thinner pavement thickness, improve driving comfort and safety.
