As we all know,China as the world's third largest country,with more than 4.7 million square kilometers of sea area,and large and small island nearly 4,600,natural harbor is countless.From north to south,with seven of the world's top ten ports,China's port development world attention.In recent years,with the continuous transformation and development of the domestic economy,the demand for resources continues to rise,the sea shipping development is fierce,for the construction of deepwater port is imminent,and the new port construction and upgrading of the old Port put forward new and higher requirements.To this end,the State attaches great importance to the sustainable use of marine resources,"Twelve-Five" the outline of the development of ocean planning clearly pointed out that "the Organization and implementation of comprehensive coastal remediation,rational allocation of sea resources,standardize the maritime development order." Both the national and local governments pay special attention to the comprehensive renovation and management of the space resources of the coastal zone,and have carried out some projects of the comprehensive renovation of the inshore sea area,and put forward the management requirements for the optimal utilization of the sea space resources.The continuous development of the national economy after the reform and opening-up has driven the continuous prosperity of our coastal fishery and maritime transportation industry,thus making the development and construction scale of the inshore sea area of our country basically touching the top.However,at present it is the important period of the development of the South China Sea resources,all kinds of marine engineering are in constant construction,breakwater as an important part of marine engineering,the safety of the work environment plays a decisive role,the reliability of the breakwater is an assessment of its security level.The form of breakwater is various,the traditional structure form has completely failed to meet the actual demand of modern ocean development and construction.In recent years,with the continuous optimization of the national economic and industrial structure,the marine industry occupies a pivotal position in GDP,thus facing more and more serious problems of marine environment.In order to solve the problem of wave-wave height in the development process of the offshore and deep sea areas,this paper puts forward a kind of multilayer waste-type wave-eliminating structure made of waste tires from the previous research.It is known from the wave theory that the energy concentration of wave 98% is distributed in the range of 2~3 wave height under the surface of water,this kind of semi submersible structure is located in the most concentrated region of wave,and the control wave effect is very obvious.In this paper,the physical model experiments are done to explore the influence of the model(two,three,four layers),diving depth,wave height,period and wave steep on the structure wave-dissipating performance under regular waves.At the same time,the simulation software fluent is used to set up a two-dimensional numerical flume the two-dimensional numerical simulation of the physical model is carried out in the same condition and compared with the results of the physical model test,in order to determine the accuracy of the model test and the reliability of the experimental data,the agreement of the experimental results is high,which lays a theoretical foundation for the future industrial application.The results show that the influence of the layer number of the model on the transmission coefficient is limited,not the more the imaginary layer,the better the effect.The three-layer model has the best effect of eliminating waves,followed by two layers and four layers.The influence of relative diving depth,wave height and cycle on transmission coefficient is obvious.From the test result analysis,the relative diving depth is 0.14,namely: the model diving depth of 0.08 m is the best effect,can eliminate about 70% of the wave.In physical model test,it can be observed that,when the wave is through the structure,the special multiple(layer)hole tire array can destroy the vertical trajectory of the wave water quality,and the multilayer tire array can disturb the horizontal trajectory of the wave water quality point,and can attenuate the energy.In this paper,based on the actual demand,combined with computer simulation technology,the new wave-absorbing structure is studied,and the results show that,compared with the similar wave-eliminating structure,it has good wave-dissipating performance,simple structure and low cost,which will not have a substantial impact on the coastal landscape,and has a very wide application prospect.
