New energy vehicle is energy-saving and environmentally friendly means of transport,the pure electric vehicle is as an important strategic orientation of new energy vehicle plays an important role,and the control method of the motor is more important.Motor of electric vehicle drive system is required with torque control precision,high efficiency energy feedback and to overcome the harsh environment and other characteristics of the vehicle.In this paper,through the analysis of the different conditions of electric vehicles,use the AD5435 semi physical simulation system and Matlab software,conducts the research to the control method of electric vehicle in different working conditions of the drive motor.First of all,the pure electric vehicles as an important development direction of the future of the automobile industry were introduced,and described the status of the pure electric vehicles at home and abroad.Analysis the advantages of the permanent magnet synchronous motor as a pure electric vehicle drive motor,compared some control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor, exposition the vector control technology and strategy of the motor.Through the coordinate transformation, completed the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the coordinate transformation of the three kinds of mathematical model,and according to the model,analyzes the vector control in the application of electrical vehicle drive system, and puts forward the method of space vector pulse width modulation to control the PWM output waveform.Using the Matlab/Simulink software to construct the model of vector control system.Using fuzzy PI control algorithm to optimize the method of vector control,and used the Matlab/Simulink to build speed/current double closed-loop vector system model.Secondly, analyzed the operation status of different condition of pure electric vehicles.Through the model and stress analysis to understand the running statues under different working conditions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Using vector method combined with fuzzy PI control algorithm to control the speed and torque of motor,and use the Matlab/Simulink to construct the simulation model with changes in the relationship between the output speed and torque of the motor in different conditions.Thirdly, introduces the semi physical simulation of AD5435 controller’s basic function and modules,through the seamless connection between Matlab/Simulink and AD5435,construct the AD5435 simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment.Finally,using the Matlab/Simuink to construct the vector control system model,in this model use different conditions to test the control effect of vehicle’s motor output torqueand speed.And use the AD5435 simulation platform to verify the simulation results.
