The main highway pavement structure of our country is the semi rigid base asphalt pavement. With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing traffic volume, China’s road of axle load becomes more and more serious and a large number of asphalt concrete pavement faces risks beyond the design axle load. Many roads built shortly after the pavement cracking, rutting, water damage disaster early deformation. Therefore, As an important geographical location and traffic heavy Tianjin area high speed, how to improve the service life of the asphalt pavement and technology to improve the performance of asphalt mixture has become a major issue faced by many road workers.Rutting is a common all over the pavement diseases.It has many reasons, not only with the pavement structure, material properties, asphalt mixture strength and anti deformation ability, but also closely related with the traffic load, the pavement temperature, shear stress and other factors.In this thesis, the typical pavement structure in Beijing and Tianjin Hebei area as the object, through the investigation and evaluation of the project site, mainly studies the detection and evaluation of pavement, rut of asphalt pavement damage prevention measures, calculation parameters and shear stress distribution, and the typical pavement structure to establish a finite element model.Using abaqus finite element analysis software to calculate the temperature field in continuous high temperature, as well as in the standard axle load and heavy load under the action of shear stress and shear strength effect of anti rutting characteristics of design verification of pavement on pavement.According to domestic and abroad experience of structure design of modified asphalt surface layer, compared with modified asphalt ratio design and Experimental Research on material property.Finally, through the analysis of pavement design scheme and test results, combined with the analysis of the status quo and asphalt mixture of asphalt pavement Tianjin area, draw some conclusions, that the design project is reasonable, effective. To provide reference for semi rigid base asphalt pavement in the future research and design and construction.
