Air source heat pump cold agent direct coagulation floor radiation heating system is a new type of floor radiant heating system,the system with refrigerant for heat transfer medium directly into rooms turf tube condensing heat,eliminating the middle secondary heat exchange process,greatly improve the performance of the system.Since the system was still in the stage of research and development,for the influence on the effect of floor radiant parameters research is not comprehensive,research on characteristics of system running at low temperature and part load operation of inadequate,therefore this article through the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the influence factors of floor radiant heating system and low-temperature operation and partial load performance parameters at runtime,to provide the reference for the design of the new system applications.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional theory of low temperature hot water floor radiation through the equivalent thermal resistance method to analyze the influence factors of the system of floor radiation calculation,and compared with the results of numerical simulation verify its reliability.By setting different heat medium temperature,tube spacing,surface materials,filling parameters such as thickness,diameter and indoor design temperature,the radiation floor on the different parameters of surface heat flux and surface temperature.By the size of the relative rate of change,it is concluded that the influence of various parameters on the heat transfer floor strength:heat medium temperature had the greatest influence on radiation heat transfer floor,the second is the indoor design temperature,second is the surface material and tube spacing,filling layer thickness and pipe diameter on the floor heat transfer effect is minimal.According to the requirements of the human body when the floor radiant heating comfort,on the premise of meet the indoor heat load,the system of the heat medium temperature should be controlled between 30?40 ?,the best range of tube spacing between 120?150 mm,both can satisfy the comfort requirement and energy saving.For different types of buildings,indoor design temperature requirement,this paper will be under different parameters to tabulate the corresponding heat flow density and floor surface temperature,provide a certain basis for practical engineering design.According to a specific building in Shenyang,this paper designs a set of air source heat pump condensing type floor radiant heating system,and the system of refrigerants,turf tube material,floor layer structure,analysis of piping system form and outdoor.The heating system to make use of Energy,Plus software simulation analysis,compare different heating area of the system in a typical day and the heat load of the heating season,power consumption,and eer change hourly system.Simulation results show that the system run time increases with the outdoor temperature and heat load,the power consumption with the outdoor temperature gradually reduce,the hourly can effect comparing with the outdoor temperature rise gradually,when the outdoor temperature is 20.6 ?,COPh value of 1.99.The heating area doubled,the system's energy consumption was more than doubled,and the efficiency ratio was reduced by 0.23.When the system runs throughout the heating season,the heating load and energy consumption of January will be the biggest,and the heat load and energy consumption will be the lowest in March.Due to the change of the number of heating rooms,the load rate of the system increases as the load rate of the system increases.When room A is heating separately,the COP value of the whole heating season system is mainly concentrated between 2.5-3,and the COP of A few conditions is less than 2.When A,B two rooms at the same time heating,the heating season system mainly concentrated in between 2-3,COP value and system of the large number of time less than two COP value,COP value number more than 3 times.Therefore,the application of the heating system and the Shenyang area is feasible,and it has better energy efficiency in partial load.
