Research On The Convergence Of Yiwu Rural Construction And Industrial Development On The Background Of Urban-Rural Integration

Along with the fast promotion of the industrialization and urbanization, Yiwu takes the urban and rural economies centralization and rural communitization as its development target around the market economic construction and boosts the industrial economy to completely separate from the rural space. It takes the cultivation of agricultural leading enterprises and the leisure industry with unique characteristic as its rural economic barycenter, so as to show the phenomenon of the rural pure function living and single agricultural modernization, resulting in the problems occur in rural areas, such as labor surplus, unused space and low land use rate, etc. Therefore, how to promote the integrative development of Yiwu rural construction and industry under the background of the integration for the urban and rural development to guide the rural areas to move towards the scientific sustainable development road with function compound, land intensification and service mating becomes the main target for the research in this paper.Firstly, based on the analysis of Yiwu rural construction and industrial development history, this paper summarizes the general characteristics of the rural social development, the features of the economic development and the space morphological evolution, and points out the problems existing in the economic system and space environment level for the rural construction and industrial development. Through summing up the history and features for Yiwu rural construction and industrial development, it makes an in-depth exploration on the experience of Yiwu rural construction and industrial development and obtains the trend for the rural construction and industrial development.Secondly, after making further analysis of the inner demand and outer conditions of integrative development of Yiwu rural construction and industry, under the background of the integration for the urban and rural development, with the combination of enlightenment of rural construction and industrial development, aiming at the common village without the regional advantage and featured resource, by bringing in the rural comprehensive development concept, this paper presents the development thought for promoting the integrative development of rural construction and industry, and puts forward the thoughts for rural integration development.Lastly, based on the feature, experience, condition analysis of Yiwu rural construction and industrial development, this paper takes the promotion of the integrative development of rural construction and industry as its goal, through the combination organization ways propelled gradually, including three ways such as the individual economic free development, proper coordination development and leading rural intensive development, it establishes one development platform integrating the rural production service function and formulates the spatial mode appropriate for the integrative development of rural construction and industry according to the local conditions.
