The cooling system directly linked by buried pipes, a latest mode of operation of cooling system, of which cool supply is ground source, belonging to low-ground energy, the terminal of sensible heat is radiation floor and the terminal of latent heat is displacement ventilation system, use the temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning systems, the great heat storage capacity of building and the strategy of constant operation, to make indoor environment closer to be constant and more comfortable, in which the character of cooling-supply is worth researching further.This chapter based on Antaeus dynamic energy-saving modeling building, put more attention to analysize the mode of operation of air conditioner in summer. Theoretically, based on the model of thermal comfort, it uses Matlab, which is a programming software, to analyze the variable parameter of controlling indoor thermal environment, and make a short description about the relationships of energy exchange between the radiate terminal and its surrounding and the process of working out the value of radiant cooling thorough the Angle coefficient weighting method. With TRNSYS, the simulation software, to develop the model of buried pipe direct-supply system, it makes more effort to analysize the changes in the face temperature of floor, indoor temperature and the wall energy, and work out the application condition under which this system works effectively. Finally, analysize the test data, based on Antaeus dynamic energy-saving modeling building from 2013 to 2014,which includes the annual indoor and outdoor temperature, cooling of buried pipe, indoor comfort, underground thermal balance and running energy consumption of air-conditioning systems and so on from many angle, to ensure that this system is energy-efficient, comfortable and cost-saving.This study shows that air-conditioning system with the terminal mainly from radiation can i mprove human comfort by changing reasonably variable parameters of the indoor thermal envi ronment, so as to reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning system. When the temper ature of floor surface is between 22 to 23 ℃,the cooling system directly linked by buried pipes can ensure the comfort of human body and its effect temperature decreased 1 degree than indoor temperature, in condition of the strategy of constant operation; when soil temperature is below 15 ℃, the building structure has good heat preservation, the terminal of sensible heat is building ontology, the cooling system directly linked by buried pipes is more suitable; the great heat storage capacity of building makes indoor temperature change slightly with outdoor temperature, which indoor temperature maintains 24 ± 1 ℃,floating not more than 9 ℃ throughout the year, indoor humidity is within the scope of 40%-70%, to maintain in a state of constant temperature of building ontology; the cooling system directly linked by buried pipes has low energy consumption, which the system COP can reach more than 10 and the operating cost is less than 10yuan per square meter.The paper puts forward a new kind of air-conditioning system in summer, the cooling system directly linked by buried pipes. It analyzes the character of cooling-supply from theory, simulation and actual operation data. The subject can offer a feasible basis for promotion of the cooling system directly linked by buried pipes in projects.
