In an increasingly harsh environment, the increasing scarcity of resources in the background, the integration of ecological strategy, building green livable environment is particularly important in contemporary architecture. Wind environment is an important factor affecting green building design, identify good environmental design strategies based on the wind which geographical features, is the inevitable choice of green building design. In the architectural design phase, proper analysis and evaluation of the impact of wind environment on architectural design and indoor and outdoor thermal environment, and propose appropriate measures to achieve energy efficiency and passive building an important part of sustainable development. In this paper, a design study of strategies for the various climatic zones and wind type partition and analyzed to Jinan Shuntai Square in research design strategies on this basis.First, based on a comprehensive study of the various climate zones and wind partition type design strategy based on the proposed construction of wind environmental design conditions and characteristics should be considered the type of partition of the wind climate zone in which the integration of analysis and rational design, so as to arrive best adapted to the local climate characteristics of architectural design wind environment.Secondly, after combing the basics of building wind response by WINAIR4 simulation plug ECOTECT platform for Jinan Shuntai Plaza high-rise office buildings have been studied environmental conditions at different heights from the wind horizontal section as a starting point, software to simulate different levels of cross-sectional height of wind speed and direction to the circumstances be analyzed.
