Residential wind environment is an important part of urban ecological environment, is animportant manifestation of a good living environment. With the development of socialeconomy, China is expected to2050, the urbanization rate will reach70%or so, the city scaleexpanding, the innovation of science and technology development of high-rise buildings,high-rise buildings and large residential areas such as the emergence of new residentialarea, have adverse effects on a variety of living and working environment in thesenew communities inside the problem. This is mainly because more current in ourcountry urban construction, real estate development is the use of paying attention tothe functional layout, appearance design and space, rarely consider the wind environment ofresidential area formed by high density of buildings, and for people to live and moveand health and safety, and energy utilization effect. At the same time, the sustainabledevelopment of the society based on the pursuit, create a safe, comfortable, healthy and greenenergy-saving eco city, to carry out research on residential district pedestrian levelwind environment, standard management of building wind environment, it is necessary andurgent.This paper takes the outdoor pedestrian level wind environment in Guangzhou of a newresidential projects as the research object, in summarizes the domestic andforeign latest residential wind environment research, presents the relationship betweenpedestrian comfort and wind speed. The wind environment evaluation criteria mainly includestwo aspects of content: according to the different types of pedestrian activitiesappropriate wind speed range, and can receive the frequency of occurrence of windspeed. The main objects of perception of wind environment is, by simulated experiment in thewind tunnel, measurement of people can be involved in at the pedestrianlevel position above, average wind speed to the effect under different wind angle, according tothe measured data, calculation of wind speed ratio, determine the air dynamic effect betweenthe building and the wind. First of all, based on the digital simulation ofwind ESDU and design consultation, prediction and test area wind velocityprofile and turbulence index profile estimation; in order to get the project site to meet the requirements of the boundary layer, the statistics and analysis of the projectlocation climate data in the construction of the boundary layer wind tunnel debugging, so asto determine the atmospheric boundary layer conditions of the project; then, according to theresidential area of the project to establish a1:300scale than the rigid model, theproject residential wind environment conditions were simulated, based on the predictionand estimation of wind environment an important environmental area, in the air outletposition and the main building of wind environment around the layout of the test probe, thewind environment test in building wind tunnel test chamber and get the newprojects, around8towers near the ground in different wind angle of each point ratio.Meteorological data combined with the new project site, according to the windenvironment of residential area of pedestrian height evaluation indexes of analysis andevaluation of the project by the formation of the.
