Bridge project as the throat in transportation engineering projects, plays a very important social and economic benefits. Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with beautiful appearance and reasonable structure form get rapid development in our country, however our country at present a lot of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge in service has entered the phase seepage path, appear the different degrees of aging, damage phenomenon, has seriously affected the normal work of the bridge.Therefore, the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge in service testing and reliability evaluation, provide the basis for related department to make scientific decision is of great significance. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ research results combined with derrick arch bridge structure characteristics are studied, get the following main results:(1) Through the research summarizes the common ways of bridge detection methods, mainly by the boom of a concrete-filled concrete arch bridge as the background, this paper introduces the derrick steel pipe concrete arch bridge the detection process and matters needing attention, basically have the following conclusion:①Through inspection, in addition to the presence of a small amount found in the individual components of disease conditions affecting structural durability(local seepage, cracks and damaged concrete) away, and no other obvious structural defects, the overall stability of the bridge.② Nondestructive testing result shows that the actual performance of the structure of the bridge materials to meet the design requirements, and, at this stage the external environment has little effect on the erosion of the component properties.③In addition to the general routine checks for special testing results show thatthe steel arch bridge that arches linear axis of good, stable performance of the overall structure of the arch rib, boom anchor head under water seepage, corrosion is more serious and should be treated as soon as possible.(2) According to the form of structural concrete steel arch bridge in service, the main factors affecting the reliability of the structure were analyzed and established a concrete arch steel arch ribs, boom and beams of limit state equation, and to calculate the reliability of the boom example applications.(3) Based on the theoretical basis of the analytic hierarchy process to establish the structure according to the form of concrete steel arch bridge concrete steel arch bridge with a quaternary structure reliability evaluation system, and discuss the grading criteria evaluation system in the underlying index, the introduction of a triangular membership function as membership function of the underlying index, the use of fuzzy theory underlying index scores were fuzzy processing proposed steel concrete arch bridge in service reliability based on AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.(4) In the Yellow River Bridge health monitoring system as an example a brief introduction to the basic content of bridge health monitoring system, the structure and workflow.
