Research On Engineering Quota Of Pipe-jacking Construction Technology Used In Excavation Tunnel

Slurry balance pipe-jacking construction technology is a new rising and rapid development of excavation tunnel construction form. With the rapid development of the economy in our country, the demand of urban construction is booming, at the same time, the improving of the construction environment requirements making the slurry balance pipe jacking construction technology is widely applied in various industries,However,the currently used highway project quota does not contain relevant results of pipe-jacking construction, which severely restricts the development of highway tunnel construction in China.Therefore,this paper takes an excavation tunnel pipe jacking construction as an example,systematically studying the pipe-jacking quota,research contents are as follows:1, This paper analyzed the quota principle from the aspects of the labor quota, the material quota and the mechanical quota, reasonably distinguished the quota time and the non-quota time, and deeply studyed the commonly used quota determination method and data processing method.2, According to the engineering practice of an underground tunnel,this paper studyed the basic working principle and system structures of the pipe-jacking technology, introduced its working characteristics and construction process,and divided the quota projects of the pipe-jacking technology.3, Based on measured data of the construction site,this paper used Grubbs criterion to eliminate the abnormal value in the sequence,at the same time, according to basic principle of quota,compiled the door broken quota, working platform installation and removal quota, pipe-jacking machine and attached facilities installation and removal quota, pipe installation quota, slurry balance jacking quota and drag reduction quota.4, Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,this parer analyzed the concepts and calculation methods of the membership degree,the fuzzy degree,the grey correlation degree and the comprehensive similarity degree,and used fuzzy mathematics theory to construct engineering quota calculation model.5, In combination with an engineering quota research subject about the pipe-jacking technology, this paper took the slurry balance pipe jacking project quota as example, used the constructed calculation model to carry on the example analysis, verified the scientificity and reliability of the calculation model.
